2020 Pinot Noir
This Estate Pinot Noir is 50% Dick Erath's signature clone. We have many Pinot Noir clones. Dick's is the best of Oregon clones; it will improve with cellaring as the best Pinots do.
2022 Touriga Nacional and Pinot Noir Blend
Beautiful blend of two varietals that are the perfect compliment for each other. If this wine could sing, it would be the sound of a Fado Singer.
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
A full bodied, luscious Cabernet grown in Oregon. Bright fruit flavors and a lingering finish.
2021 Riesling
Sugar and alcohol are balanced in a beautiful way with this wine. An off-dry style, yet very fruit forward.
2021 Gewurztraminer
A pink skinned grape Makes an off-dry white with a nose of lychees. It has a high sugar that allows good sweetness and a full bodied alcohol.
2021 Chardonnary
We craft our Chardonnay as they do in Burgundy. Beginning with a low pH and no sugar. We put the wine in a neutral Burgundy barrel for two years. The 2017 vintage had a high brix yielding a high dry alcohol.
Sauternes Style, Marechal Foch Sambuco
It is against the law for us to tell you the truth about this wine, or even speak its name, Sambuco (Red Elder blossoms). We must not tell you this wine is flavored with powerful antioxidants, considered to assist good health. This is made from Marechal Foch and infused with Red Elder Berry Blossoms and Anise, Pimpinella Anisum seeds. Have this wine your way; if Port is a wine for wretched excess, this wine is for wretched sublimity. It is not for Tasting groups, it is a wine for personal enjoyment and of course to accompany snake charming on the moonlit nights.
2021 Cabernet Port
Powerful Port made from our estate Cabernet vines in Amity, Oregon. A constant favorite for good reason.
2020 Golden Anniversary Cabernet Port
God made this wine! Abraham (Assistant Winemaker) said, "We need to pick the Cabernet early in the Fall." "No, no" I said. "We pick the Cab last in the season." "It's 27 brix" he replied. Generally Cab struggled to reach 24 Brix each year, so this Cab was tested. Numbers were indeed 27 brix, 3.5pH and acid at 6.6. In other words, the best grape numbers we have seen at Wine Fauve in 50 years of Winemaking. Full, luscious, and delicious.
2020 Pinot Noir and Touriga Blend Port
Touriga Nacional is kept to the Portuguese by law. Wine Fauve had a very hard time finding cuttings, but eventually found a Doctor in Alabama who was eager to share. Pinot Noir is a perfect compliment to Touriga, and both come together wonderfully in this Port Style Wine.
2021 Blue Agave Marechal Foch Port
A beautiful blended Port that's gained quite a following. This Port is made from Marechal Foch and blended with Blue Agave. A sweet, full bodied, must-taste treat.
